Leviticus Glover Jr., a distinguished native of Clayton County, Georgia, proudly graduated from Bethune-Cookman University. During his undergraduate journey, he cultivated a profound passion for live production, embarking on this path through an internship at the Mary McLeod Bethune Performing Arts Center. This formative experience allowed him to contribute to performances featuring notable artists such as Glorilla, Young Nudy, Nardo Wick, Trina, and Rick Ross. At Bethune-Cookman University, Glover refined the essential skills needed to establish a thriving live production enterprise. He conceptualized the Mary’s Choice Awards, a prestigious event dedicated to honoring the exemplary contributions of faculty, staff, and students who embody the legacy of Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune with creativity and distinction.Upon his graduation, Glover was appointed as a Media Specialist and Production Manager at the Mary McLeod Bethune Performing Arts Center. In this esteemed role, he effectively orchestrated and executed a variety of professional live productions, including royal coronations and significant administrative and community events. Glover has also played a pivotal role in mentoring aspiring Mass Communication students who share his fervor for live production. Through internships and work-study opportunities at the center, these students have had the exceptional chance to collaborate with renowned artists such as Lil Boosie, Pretty Vee Slick Rick, Dougie Fresh, and many others.

Darian McCaskikl
Chief Operations Officer
Darian McCaskill Chief Operations Officer of Clear Vision Productions is a veteran digital media and marketing professional with over 16 years of experience, known for his ability to elevate brands through innovative multimedia strategies. As the Director of Media Services at Bethune-Cookman University (BCU), he oversees the Mary McLeod Bethune Performing Arts Center, where he leads both the technical and creative elements of university events, showcasing BCU's rich cultural and academic legacy. In 2012, Darian founded B-CU’s CatEye Network and served as its director until 2019. Under his leadership, CatEye Network transformed Bethune-Cookman’s athletics creative presence, placing it among the elite in collegiate sports. His vision for the network laid the foundation for future multimedia efforts at the university, establishing B-CU’s reputation as a leader in digital content creation. Before returning to BCU in 2021, Darian served as the Director of Digital Media and Production at the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC). There, he led key initiatives that expanded the MEAC Digital Network’s reach on platforms like ESPN3, ESPN+, and FloSports, while also developing strategic partnerships that spurred growth and engagement. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Darian briefly took on the role of Chief Digital Officer for Infecting Change Television, where he directed and edited several reality shows and live virtual concerts, showcasing his adaptability in a rapidly changing media landscape. Darian has also collaborated with institutions such as Hampton University and Old Dominion University Athletics, providing his expertise in directing live productions. Additionally, he holds a certification as a Title IX Hearing Advisor, reflecting his commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the higher education space.

Hailing from Naples, FL, Monisha Charles is a proud alumna of Bethune-Cookman University with a passion for production. She finds great fulfillment in working behind the scenes, particularly during the pre-production phase. This is where she believes the magic happens—visualizing the project, setting the framework, and seeing all the elements come together. Monisha especially enjoys the balance between creativity and organization, as pre-production allows her to blend aesthetics with practical planning. For her, it’s the ultimate fusion of teamwork, creativity, and business strategy.
